This was originally a design for a 3D project for a show called “Inside the Box” at the Dayton Art Institute Experiencenter. Artists were given a 12″x12″x12″ box. One was to create a piece within the confines of that box with a limit of 6″ beyond the top and sides. I created a kind of a rabbit warren with this bedroom image in the back. I created the wallpaper for the front room, along with a stuffed chair and a tiny copy of “Six small Rabbits”. I put a ladder going up to a garden on the top, with a rabbit poking his head out – thinking outside the box.
